Work @ TMH

It's more than a job. It's a calling.

Our mission is to help people find life by following Jesus and we believe in creating a collaborative atmosphere for those who want to join their talents with their passion for growing the local church. This is a place where people work closely together to advance one common vision in uncommon ways.

TMH Staff Culture

Before you join a team, it's helpful to know if it might be a good fit. Because staff culture is important, it's helpful for you to know our staff chooses to...

Make it Better

We understand the win. We do whatever it takes. We're more uncomfortable with the status quo than the prospect of change.

Work Collaboratively

We have each other's backs. We communicate across departments. We're neither too proud to ask for help nor too busy to offer help.

Develop Others

We keep our heads up and eyes open to identify potential leaders. We call out the potential we see in others. We help others move up.

Be Radically Candid

We embrace a culture of feedback and development. We share our views with each other. We bring our whole selves to work.

Choose Joy

We believe that our attitude is the X factor. We choose to be enjoyable, positive, and loyal. We take responsibility for the atmosphere of the room.
